MULTUFUNCTIONAL FARMING
Two possible approaches:
1. Focus on „What competences does the member of the group
needs“ – define new program - MULTIFUNCTIONAL FARMING
OPERATOR , teach the necessary skills …
2. Focus on the group – find out the competences they alreday
have and find out, what they can offer each other and how they
can organise themselves as a group – mentoring and coaching
the group, find out the goal of the group and help them to
reach the goal
