• AV Baloyi Consulting (Pty) Ltd. was established in 2013 as a
management consulting company providing various advisory
services and solutions in the development of management systems,
strategic planning and organizational development initiatives
• We realised a need for organisations to be assisted to improve and
optimize their service delivery, creating enabling systems that
include policies and processes and engendering good corporate
governance
• We have over 20 years of combined experience and expertise in
developing solutions tailored to solve challenges faced by clients
• We have developed methodologies that have guided solutions
developed and implemented at various clients

The people behind the company

Alan Vukosi Baloyi is our Executive
Chairman. He has and EDP from
UNISA (SBL), MDP from Wits (WBS)
and
Certificate
in
Business
Management from the then
University of Potchefstroom, Small
Business Advisory Bureau.
He has worked for 12 years in Strategic and Executive
leadership roles
at ABSA Private bank and FNB
Commercial and Corporate banking. He occupied roles of
Regional General Manager and Regional Director
respectively. He gained considerable experience and
knowledge in economic policy and analysis, strategy
development and implementation, advanced research
methodologies and techniques, public policy development
and management. This also built his business acumen and
passion for entrepreneurship.

He is the Chairperson of Charlotte Maxeke Hospital Board.
In this role, he engages with both the Minister and
Provincial MEC of Health on strategic issues of health care.
•
He is responsible for Corporate governance, Corporate
and operational strategy development and execution, Risk
and operational management, Human capital and financial
management, customer and stakeholder engagement.
Morailane Morailane is our CEO.
He has a B.Com from Turfloop
and completing his MBL with
UNISA (SBL) in 2015. He has a
Certificate in Supply Chain from
Wits Business School.
•
He has worked for Rand Mines, Rand Water and the ARC
which are in mining, utilities and agricultural research
respectively. He has also worked as a management
consultant on various assignments in strategy
development and implementation, operations, human
resources and supply chain.
•
He was responsible for the BBBEE policy development
and implementation at Rand Water. He has held
executive positions at the ARC where he was the
Executive Assistant to the CEO, a defacto COO
responsibility. He was responsible for Procurement,
Performance management and Strategy development
amongst others. It is in his recent past role as CEO of
Morailane and Associates where he gained most of his
management consulting experience doing work for
clients as per our company profile.

He has been Chairperson of the Freestate Small Business
Development Council and the UniQwa Community
Outreach Programme.
