research and development consultation and advice, produce research reports, project

track emerging trends in training and education.

Responsible to the Associate Dean Curriculum for the design and development of
distance learning programs. Responsible to the Dean for the establishment of a

supervision of eleven administrative and communication staff, and supervision of five Air
Traffic Controllers.
