Don’t let it alarm you. • The Red Exclamation Point designates an image that still needs to have name information added. To add name information, just go to your Image Library and select the image. Enter the name of the photographed individuals in the Name fields and click on the + button to add each name. To remove a name, highlight the name on the list and click on the - button. You can also enter the Keywords you would like associated with the selected photo in the Keywords field. • Entering information in the Name and Keywords fields will make finding photos in your yearbook easier. And if you enter accurate name information for each photo, you can have YearTech Online create your index and coverage report for you! • If you have any questions, please call Tech Support for assistance.
