Subject: HA 351 change
Larry,
I received paperwork from Kim at HRM asking to change the prerequisites in HA 351 as follows:
Prerequisite: ((Admission to Hotel & Restaurant Mgt (BS) or Intl Hospitality Mgt (BS) or Restaurant Management (CERT) or Intl Tourism
Mgt (CERT)) and ACC 255 and (ECO 280 or ECO 284 or ECO 284H) and ECO 285 and (HA 260 or ACC 256)) or International
Exchange
This is consistent with our desires to have non-business majors take ECO 280 instead of 284 and 285 and also consistent with the fact
that many HRM students get a business minor which now requires 280. This would be a Fast Track item at the UCC. Can we do an
email vote on this so it can move forward?
