Information about the Service
Service description
The NBN (National Broadband Network) Fibre and Fixed Wireless service is a data (internet) service which uses
the NBN Optical Fibre Access Network to deliver internet connectivity to residential premises in Australia.
Bundling
The plans listed do not include bundling of UNIV / VOIP home phone service connections. These are sold
separately.
Hardware
You will require a computer with ethernet port and WiFi to connect to the data service. For multiple devices
connecting simultaneously, you will require a Router (for cabled connections) or Wireless Router to connect
devices via WiFi. Infinity Broadband can provide you with a compatible router or wireless router at a cost and
upon request.

Minimum Term
NBN Fibre and Fixed Wireless plans are available on either a 12 or 24 month contract with setup fees being
$50 or $0 respectively. Early termination fees (ETF) of contracts are outlined below.
Qualification for service / availability
To be eligible for an Infinity Broadband service you must be in a ready for service (RFS) NBN area as per the
NBN Co historical footprint list and NBN Co interactive map (http://www.nbnco.com.au/when-do-i-getit/rollout-map.html)
Information about Pricing
Plan changes
You are free to upgrade your plan to any option with a higher monthly cost than your original contracted plan.
Speed changes are available and include a once off fee of $15 per speed change. Note: Any plan changes will
affect your minimum spend on the contract.
Excess charges
Both upload and download data count towards your monthly quota. There are no excess usage charges on
NBN Fibre and Fixed Wireless but rather internet speeds are shaped to 256kbps/256kbps after monthly quota
has been reached.

Other information
Usage Information - available upon request via email to support@infinitybroadband.com.au. In some cases we
have the facility to automatically send an SMS to your nominated mobile number when you reach 50%, 75%,
90% and 100% of quota.
