Children/Young people exhibiting potential offending behaviour and / or committed low level crime and have received a Youth Restorative Disposal An adult or child who has received an anti-social behaviour intervention (or equivalent local measure) in the last 12 months. A referral by professionals because of potential crime problem or offending behaviour is of equivalent concern to the indicators above, including those on the High Impact list. An adult prisoner who is less than 12 months from his/her release date and will have parenting responsibilities on release. An adult who is currently subject to licence or supervision in the community, following release from prison, and has parenting responsibilities. A child who is in an alternative provision due to one or more exclusions, or when the current provision is deemed unsuitable. 2e A child identified by the ‘ Children Outside of School’ panel and / or ‘Behaviour and Attendance’ panel 2f A child referred by education professionals as having school attendance problems of equivalent concern to the indicators above because he/she is not receiving a suitable full time education. To narrow the gap so all children and young people in BANES to as well as they can, at all levels of learning. In exceptional circumstances where significant progress of 50% or more improvement in attendance has been made, over 3 consecutive terms and authorised by the Head Teacher. Adults out of work or at risk of financial exclusion or young people at risk of worklessness No 4a Criteria Strategic Goal The family includes at least one of the following… An adult in receipt of out of work benefits. or An adult who is claiming Universal Credit and subject to work related conditions. All adults are engaged in work, training and able to meet the financial needs of their family. 4b A young person academic age 16-18* who is not in education, training or employment. A young person or adult, currently experiencing domestic violence or abuse; and/or a young person or adult who is a perpetrator of domestic violence or abuse, where there is a child residing in the household. An adult with a drug or alcohol issues and who has parenting responsibilities or a child with a drug or alcohol issues. Adults with parenting responsibilities or children who are referred by professionals as having health issues including mental/emotional, substance misuse and/or physical such as unhealthy weight and uncontrolled diabetes. New parents who have a mental health and/or substance misuse issue and other health factors associated with poor parenting. This could include mothers who are receiving a Universal Partnership Plus service. Version 1.1 Strategic Goal All family members are resilient and able to make healthy lifestyle choices Significant and Sustained Outcome Measure Data Source A statement from a professional, stating that all family members who were identified as having a mental health or drug/alcohol issue; is now controlled, managed and is not affecting their parenting responsibilities and has been sustained for 6 months.
