Click on Student tab.
Click on Student Data Information sub tab.
Search for the student.
Click on the name of the student you want to update.
Click Edit.
Make updates.
Click Save.

Click on Test Management tab.
Click on Register Students sub tab.
Search for the student.
Click on the name of the student you want to update.
Click on Assigned Tests tab.




Click on the name of the test you want to update.
Click Edit.
Make updates.
Click Save.

Adding Teacher Certification Numbers
• Modified SDU Template for Teacher Certification numbers on
PearsonAccess. Click on Support Tab and then Template link.
• Must be uploaded during the Grades 3-8 district demographic
correction window: 5/29 – 6/8
• Districts will receive an error message when uploading the file.
This should happen. Pearson will be retrieving the files and
loading them from the districts.




Paper Document with a data not matching existing students,
registrations, or test assignments.
Data problems must be resolved by June 8 for students to be
reported correctly in final reports.

Resolve Student Alerts


Click on Test Management tab.
Click on Resolve Student Test Alerts sub tab.




Click on the name of the student to review the alert.
Click Edit.
Make updates.
Click Save.
