Construct a new central classroom facility/facilities to provide students with modern, state
of the art classroom facilities.
•
Improve older, deteriorated Academic Buildings to provide a better learning environment for
students and working environment for faculty and staff.

- Upchurch Hall
- Parker Hall
- Allison Hall
- Spidle Hall

Construct a new Student Wellness and Sustainability Center
•
Redevelop Old Coliseum Site

Create the Health Science Center/Campus
•
Replace the Small Animal Teaching Hospital

Renovate student housing facilities to improve quality of life. (Hill, CDV dorms, Sewall Hall)

Construct/Renovate Athletic Facilities to increase AU competitiveness.
