An earring was found in the Auxiliary meeting room; call
Mary and identify 251-978-0420. The Auxiliary was requested
by Department to amend the By-Laws to add Article IV, Section
5. that states “Ten Members shall constitute a quorum at the
regular meeting”. There was a discussion at the 8/10 meeting to
increase 2012 dues to Sr. $25 from $20 and Jr. to $6 from $4 as
dues to Department increased to $12.50 and $3.The Auxiliary is
planning a number of events; and to start we are participating in
the Oktoberfest on Oct. 9th with a Cake Walk and ask that
anyone wanting to donate a cake for that day to contact Anita
Sullivan or myself. On Oct. 30th from 12-3pm we will have
Halloween party for the children of the community with candy,
cookies and a costume contest for different ages. In December
