Rick Kiralfy 1 Summary: At the November 2012 FSG/CMG, it was agreed that Education PGT programme fees should be aligned to point 0 (home/EU) and point 6 (overseas) of the fee spine point. We have comparable approvals in place for various groups of LLM programmes. Given these 'blanket' arrangements are already in place, we would like clarification on why additional programmes falling under these headings still need to go individually to CMG for approval?
