Provide base license plate 2. Single registration cab card 3. Inter- and intra-state operations 4. Maintain uniformity Member Jurisdiction Responsibilities Administrative 5. Calculate and collect all IRP fees for base-jurisdiction carriers 6. Disburse fees within 30-days 7. Notify the IRP Repository of changes 8. Assist other member jurisdictions Member Jurisdiction Responsibilities Audit 1. Provide audit findings to the registrant and member jurisdictions 2. Adhere to the Audit Procedures Manual 3. Audit 3% of annually renewed fleets Member Jurisdiction Responsibilities Enforcement 1. Grace period for new member jurisdictions 2. Notify law enforcement of policies and changes 3. Allow inter- or intra- state operation for properly registered vehicles Member Jurisdiction Responsibilities Enforcement 4. List of restricted plates to Repository 5.
