Reading Homework Schedule: Science - Monday and Wednesday Math – Tuesday and Thursday Reading – We are starting an interactive reading log that needs to be completed nightly (Mon.Fri.). Please make sure to look over it with your child. Spelling words should be practiced nightly In our 5.1 Class, we are reading Darnell Rock Reporting, and drawing conclusions about characters and events by examining clues from our story. In our 4.1 Class, we are reading Amazing Animals, an expository text. We will be finding main idea and supporting details by using our text features. We know becoming a better reader comes with practice. Share reading time with your child for at least 30 minutes a day. You will be amazed how this will help them.
