There are many important things to learn
about other cultures.
There are many similarities in Spanish culture
that can be compared to American culture
like soccer.
However, it is still very different.
Instead of some activities like baseball and
football in America, they have bullfights and
flamenco dancing.
• In Spain, bullfighting is called
Corrida de Toros, which means
running of the bulls.
•Corrida de Toros is a very
important part of Spanish Culture
•In Traditional Spanish bullfighting,
there are 3 matadors.
•Each matador fights 2 bulls
•The movement of the matadors is
much like a dance in order to avoid
the bull when it charges

During the American “Easter”, Spain
celebrates a holiday called Semana de
Santas.
The celebration lasts for an entire week full of
parties (fiestas), parades, and music.
Christmas in Spain is very similar to how we
celebrate Christmas in America.
They celebrate on Christmas Eve with their
families including dinners and gifts
