Model-driven Change Management
 Change Management and Approval processes are
described in a governance model
 This approach has many benefits:
– Process definitions are flexible – different roles and steps
can be supported
– Different items (groups of items) can have different
processes
– The model itself is extensible
 Changes and change requests are accommodated
– Management of changes directly entered in the
vocabulary system
– As well as change requests submitted as textual
descriptions
