NOTICE RE-INVITING QUOTATION NO. 35
Sealed item rate quotations are invited on behalf of DDA by the Secretary (SFSC) for the following works. The quotation
should reach the office of Secretary (SFSC), DDA on or before 20.03.2015 upto 3:00 P.M. and will be opened on the same day at
3:30 P.M. in the presence of intending quotationers. The Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order/ Demand Draft of any schedule
bank approved by Reserve Bank of India drawn in favour of “Siri Fort Sports Complex, DDA” to be submitted with the
Quotation. Any quotation which is not accompanied by the earnest money in the prescribed manner shall be rejected
summarily and not accounted for at all.
Name of Work:- Up-gradation of Sirifort Sports complex.
Sub-Head:- Supply of Dummbells, Olympic Rods,Plates & weights, etc for Multigym at SFSC.

DUMMBELL-RACK:-Strong construction made of 50X50 mm, 6mm thickness angle
& 14 gauge pipe of 50X50 mm powder coated with outer size of 136 cm X 65 cm
X96 cm. Weight of stand should be 35 Kgs.

PLATE-RACK:-made of 100X50mm rectangle pipe & 50 mm round pipe powder
coated. The 50mm round pipe for stacking plate should be chrome plated. There
should be a provision for 7 points of stacking plates. Weight of the stand should
be 23 kgs. Pipe use should be minimum 16 gauge.

ROD-STAND:-Made of 100X50mm rectangle pipe, outersize of the frame should
be 30 inches X 30 inches. Should have provision for holding 10 rods at a time. The
rod holding pipe should be 57 mm diameter. Structure should be powder coated.
With minimum 16 gauge pipe to be use in total constriction. Weight should be 16
Kgs.

Rubber coated Hex Dumbbels have contoured, knurled chrome handles and
durable virgin rubber covered hex heads for increased safety and comfort . Rubber
Hex Dumbbell Heads are torque-threaded and permanently affixed to a thick solid
steel shaft improving the strength of the head/handle joint. The Knurled chrome
handles are ergonomically contoured to fit comfortably in the user's palm. The
rubber coating increases durability, protects flooring and equipment, enhances

The supply should be carried out as per specification and direction of in-charge.
Nothing extra shall be paid to the agency.
The supply should be completed within 15 days after issue of Supply Order.
The payment will be made after entire satisfaction of Secretary (SFSC).
No T & P will be issued by the Department.
The quotation shall be valid for 60 days from the date of opening of quotation.
Any conditional quotations shall be summarily rejected.
Any quotation received through post / courier etc. shall be summarily rejected.
The quotationer should be registered with the Department of Trade & Taxes, Govt. of NCT of Delhi and supposed to furnish
a copy of VAT registration at the time of making the request for issue of NIQ or to attach the same alongwith the quotation
as the case may be. In case the quotationer registered with the VAT Department, he may give an undertaking stating therein
the registration No., date of registration, period for which the return has been filed, date of filing and the demand
outstanding, if any, and liable to pay the same. In case, the quotationer is not registered with the VAT Deptt. then he will
require to submit an undertaking.
10. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all taxes/levies including service tax payable under respective statutes. DDA will not
entertain any claim, whatsoever, in this respect.
11. Debarred agency/or individual shall not be permitted to participate in the tendering/quotation process
