Role of liaison librarians
• Conduct workshops on finding/using library resources
and collections (information literacy or information
research skills)
• Provide guidance in the most efficient use of the
library’s resources and services; citing and referencing
• Are available for individual consultations by appointment
(postgraduates, research students, academics)
• Select resources which the Library purchases for the use
of students and staff (catalogues, reading lists, GOBI)
