The time has come for the People of America to do something
quickly to take back the country from irresponsible government. If
we fail, or refuse to act and react, we will lose our identity, our
dignity, our destiny, our future, our dreams - forever. As
government gets stronger, we get weaker. As government looms
larger, we get smaller and more insignificant. Time to change the
dynamics. The Declaration of Independence recognizes and
validates the Peoples’ need to alter, or abolish the government if it
is destructive to good governance, and to institute a new
government in its place. The rule of law and the role of justice favor
the People. If you remain silent now, you will be permanently
silenced. Quit being the silent majority. WAKE UP. STAY ALERT,
AGILE AND AWAKENED. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY.
INTRODUCTION
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union,
establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence,
promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves
and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United
States of America. (Preamble, U.S. Constitution)
It is up to the People to take stock of the situation and to take steps to restore
and redeem the country – with all its rich and varied resources – for its general
welfare, safety and security. “… in order to form a more perfect Union. . .”
simply means that the experiment called America is not true and tested as yet as
it is a continuous process until “perfection” is achieved if at all that is possible
given the frailties and vagaries of humanity. But the Founders and Framers
wanted a “more perfect Union” not just a perfect one !
To get this done right and proper, the People cannot rely on the government –
municipal, county, state and federal. People need to rely on themselves. Read
the Preamble to the US Constitution again, and again, and again. It’s all about
People power, pure and simple. No esoteric interpretation, casuistry, or

sophistry required. Literal reading is all that’s required to understand and know
its import.
A constitutional Police Force is certainly lacking and utterly necessary in our
communities if the 2nd Amendment means anything:
A well regulated Militia (armed citizenry), being necessary to the security of
a free State, the right (enforceability) of the people to keep and bear Arms,
shall not be infringed.
The presence of the 2nd Amendment can be felt by its total absence in our
communities. No interpretation required. Pretty straightforward stuff. No
mention, implied or express, of the need to apply for a concealed weapons
license, and other such aberrations or spins to the supreme law of the land. It
presupposes that the militia (armed citizenry) will behave responsibly
without being trigger happy – like the cops.
The same-sex marriage advocates and supporters of the recent U.S. Supreme
Court that acknowledged and validated same-sex marriage in all 50 States
have skewered the applicability of the 2nd Amendment with their own
unsubstantiated opinions and weak but popular views fraught with twisted
and deranged interpretations instead of obeying consecrated legal principles
that emanate from the Scriptures. Ant act of disobedience to God’s Word is
the same as an Article III judicial interpretation of the equal protection law
mandate of the 14th Amendment! You will notice the word “right” instead of
“immunity” in the 2nd Amendment. You will also want to know that a right
is a legally protected interest enforceable in a court of law, whereas an
immunity does not invoke a right to be enforceable in the first place. Some
argue that the 2nd Amendment is a relic of the frontier days. Why the devil
did the Congress not repeal it? After all, it made 17 extra Amendments to
fortify government into the Constitution at the expense of the People.
It is time to act and react, Folks. Take care of the country and its resources.
Take back the country. Cannot trust the (crooked) politicians. Government
waste, corruption, malversation (corrupt behavior in a position of trust as a
public official) and cronyism must stop.
WHAT WE, THE PEOPLE, OUGHT TO DO

A. Get organized, structured, ordained and established at the grassroots
level. Choose a well-meaning leader who knows the Constitution.
Speak to your neighbors; to everyone who want to do something to reclaim
their country from callous, cavalier, careless, and corrupt government;
reclaim and redeem your rights as a People; let the word spread in your
entire community and beyond.
Liberty and freedom mean nothing unless we put it into action. Show
them the Preamble to the Constitution; show them the power entrusted to
the People by the supreme law of the land – Article VI, section 2, U.S.
Constitution:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in
pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the
authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the
judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or
laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.
a) The Congress cannot make any law that is not necessary of proper
pursuant to the powers entrusted to it by Article 1, section 8 of the
U.S. Constitution.
The Congress cannot make a law, or any law, that is not pursuant to the
Constitution - meaning any law that goes against the provisions of the
Constitution (including the Bill of Rights) can be declared unconstitutional
as “repugnant to the Constitution.” Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. (1 Cranch)
137 (1803). In The Federalist #78, Alexander Hamilton wrote about the
judiciary’s power to strike down any congressional enactment that is
"contrary to the manifest tenor of the Constitution." The Federalist Papers
are often referred as to as the foundational bedrock or basis of the U.S.
Constitution. Some legal scholars say Chief Justice John Marshall invented
“judicial review” in Marbury because the Constitution provides for no such
remedy. But “judicial power” is resplendent in Article III of the
Constitution. The word “power” needs no further interpretation.
b) Treaties and federal laws are part and parcel of the supreme law of the
land despite the fact that the government (president, legislators and
judges) violate them at any given opportunity. We the People

ordained and established the Constitution to establish justice; insure
domestic calm, peace and harmony; provide for the common defense
(Constitutional Police); promote the general welfare; and to receive
the blessings of God for ourselves, our children and the future
generations (posterity); not for the government to use us, the People,
as guinea pigs for further constitutional experimentation.
c) state judges and state constitutions must obey, abide by, comply with,
and adhere to the Constitution. But, that’s a different story for a
different day.
B. Get a uniform and a sidearm. Make sure the uniform is emblazoned with
the words Constitutional Police (CP). Memorize the Preamble, the 2nd
Amendment, the 7th Amendment (Peoples Court) and the 9th Amendment
(unenumerated rights cannot be denied or disparaged to the People).
C. Let the community know that the CP are available at a moment’s notice.
D. When a community resident is being evicted, the CP should step in and
declare the rights of the homeowner based on un-extinguished Indian title.
18 United States Code Sec. 1151 (Indian country defined).
a) all land within the limits of any Indian reservation (continental America)
under the jurisdiction of the United States Government (Washington D.C.
10 mile square only, Art. 1, sec. 8, U.S. Constitution), notwithstanding the
issuance of any patent, and, including rights-of-way running through the
reservation (continental America),
(b) all dependent Indian communities (Indians had treaties with the federal
government; never asked for dependent status) within the borders of the
United States (18 original colonies/States and Washington D.C.) whether
within the original or subsequently acquired territory thereof, and whether
within or without the limits of a state, and
(c) all Indian allotments, the Indian titles to which have not been
extinguished, including rights-of-way running through the same.
I can guarantee every homeowner that your local County Tax Assessor will
NOT be able to prove or evidence when Indian title to the land on which

your home sits was extinguished. The property taxes they are collecting are
totally unlawful and utterly illegal.
E. Make a Citizens’ Arrest of the evictor or any “law enforcement officer”
that is threatening to evict the homeowner by changing the locks and
throwing their personal effects out.
F. Make sure local media is present. Make the arrest without violence and
never draw your weapon. Make sure you tell the arrested person that
they have violated the U.S. Constitution under color of law and that
they are being arrested and will be arraigned and tried within 24 hours.
G. Make sure we find and secure a commercial building where those
arrested can be properly housed, fed, and otherwise treated fairly. Need
doctors on call and paramedics as well. Peoples Court will be convened
immediately upon arrest under Ecclesiastical (Public Law 97-280, 96 Stat.
1211 of 1982) and Tribal Law (28 USC Sec. 1738; 18 USC Sec. 2265, 25
USC Sec. 372a, 18 USC Sce. 1151, 1152, etc.) that have gained traction
under international law, tribal law, ecclesiastical law and federal Indian law.
Make sure there are armed guards around the building. Hopefully, some
angel investor who believes in People power will donate this building for a
truly worthy cause.
H. TARGET A FEW THOUSAND PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE AS
CONSTITUTIONAL POLICE. WATCH THE DIFFERENCE AS
EXPERIENCED ARMY, MARINE AND POLICE OFFICERS FED UP OF
THE GOVERNMENT HELP TRAIN OUR CONSTITUTIONAL POLICE
FORCE. THIS IS FOR REAL. PROPER TRAINING IS VERY
IMPORTANT. THE RIGHT MENTAL ATTITUDE. THE RIGHT STUFF.
I. Please help spread the word.
RESOURCES REQUIRED:
1. 500 People per community minimum
2. A large building to house a jail, kitchen, a court, sleeping
quarters, showers, toilets, laundry, and offices. On a 24/7
basis - three rotating shifts every day 365 days.
3. Uniforms and side-arms

4. Police vehicles
5. Paramedics and doctors.
6. Office equipment (computers, furniture, stationary, printers,
etc.)
7. Support staff
8. Donations overseen by a reliable and trustworthy CPA and
bookkeepers (if a million people would donate one dollar a
month, we will have the wherewithal to make this a reality).
9. Dedication and commitment.

Courage to do the right thing under the rule of law and
equity.
