EqualityCard™ Non-Profit Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
The EqualityCard™ Non-Profit Affiliate Program (“Program”) affords affiliate members certain benefits
and services as defined below.
Participation in the Program
Participation in the Program is completely voluntary on the part of registered 501(c) 3 non-profit
organization (“Non-profit”). There is no cost or contractual commitment required in order to become a
EqualityCard™ Non-Profit Affiliate (“Affiliate”). Non-profits that elect to participate in the program may also
elect to discontinue participation at any time at no cost, by notifying us. Non-profits that elect to participate
in the program will be identified as an Affiliate on EqualityCard™ promotional material, including, but not
limited to the EqualityCard™ Donation Portal, EqualityCard™ website, social media platforms, press
releases, and other marketing collateral. Non-profits need not be an Affiliate in order to receive donations
through the EqualityCard™ platform.
Requirements to Become an Affiliate
In order to become an Affiliate, a Non-profit is required to log-in to the EqualityCard™ Donation Portal
and create an enhanced online profile (“Profile”) for the organization. This Profile must include basic
information, such as the Non-profit’s logo, mission, cause category(ies), location, scope of impact, and
contact information that will allow EqualityCard™ cardholders to understand the basic philanthropic
mission of the organization. Only organizations with missions that relate directly to the LGBT movement,
or support LGBT causes, including ally related organization are allowed to become an EqualityCard™
Affiliate. All Profiles submitted will be subject to validation of credentials, and a satisfactory review and
acceptance of the Profile by EqualityCard™ prior to publishing.
Primary Benefit:
The primary benefit of the EqualityCard™ Affiliate Program is the receipt of quarterly donations made by
EqualityCard™ cardholders that result from the EqualityCard™ Credit Cards Rewards Plan (“Rewards
Plan”) which governs the cardholder’s relationship with our company. The Reward Plan allows for an
amount equal to 1% of the cardholders purchase transactions to be allocated each quarter to registered
501(c)3 organizations as selected by the cardholder. There are no fees or commissions deducted from
the 1% amount that is designated to the Non-profit, and a complete reconciliation of all donations is
available at the Affiliate’s request.
Additional Benefits:
EqualityCard™ Affiliates will receive the following benefits:

Visibility of your Profile to our EqualityCard™ cardholders through the proprietary search function
that allows cardholders to find you by your cause category(ies), community in which you operate,
and the local, regional, national or international scope of your mission

Periodic placement of your Profile on the landing (home) page of the EqualityCard™ Donation
Portal, providing exposure to all visiting cardholders, exclusive of the search process

Quarterly and annual customized electronic notifications of the tax-deductible donations made
through the EqualityCard™ platform

Issuance of a unique “Invitation Code” that allows the Affiliate to ensure that EqualityCard™
applicants who are referred by the Affiliate, automatically designate the Affiliate as their non-profit
beneficiary at the time of application

Customized outreach strategies developed by EqualityCard™ to assist the Affiliate in maximizing
the number of EqualityCard™ donors, designed to be consistent with the depth of the Affiliate’s
relationship with its supporters, and at a pace that is determined by the Affiliate

Complimentary inclusion in ongoing marketing and public relations campaigns as created by
EqualityCard™ to cross-promote the brand and its affiliation with Non-profits.

Use of the “EqualityCard™ Non-Profit Affiliate” logo for publication at the discretion of the Affiliate

Use of the “Designate Us on EqualityCard™” logo for publication at the discretion of the Affiliate

Access to ancillary services offered to EqualityCard™ Non-Profit Affiliates in the future
Funds Settlement:
EqualityCard™ will reconcile all donation accounts as soon as practicable following the end of any
calendar quarter. The funds allocated to an Affiliate by EqualityCard™ cardholders will be forwarded to
the Affiliate either in the form of a check or electronic transfer, if such electronic transfer is acceptable to
the Affiliate.
Data Security:
EqualityCard™ Non-Profit Affiliates are not required to provide EqualityCard™ access to the data
pertaining to their base of donors, members, or supporters.
Termination:
EqualityCard™ Non-Profit Affiliates may terminate the relationship at any time, at no cost to the Affiliate.
In the event that ancillary services have been separately contracted for by the Affiliate, the terms of any
such contract would survive.
