JUNIOR POSITIONS
R&D Engineer, Munich
On behalf of our client based in Munich, we are looking for an Engineer with specialized in Communication
Engineering, Radar Signal Processing or Digital Signal Processing to fill an R&D Engineer position.
Tasks:
-
Researching and developing in the areas of digital signal processing algorithms related to mm-wave
radar systems with multi-antenna configurations (MIMO principle)
Developing and maintaining the experimental verification platform, specifically programming of HWin-the-loop experimental RADAR systems combining state-of-the-art DSP/FPGA platforms with PCbased algorithm verification frameworks
The ideal candidate profile:

M.Sc. or Ph.D. in the areas of communication engineering or digital signal processing
Previous relative experience is an asset
Experience and understanding of MIMO antenna signal processing aspects, beam forming algorithms,
digital modulation methods, channel sounding methods and other modern signal processing related to
wireless communication and radar systems
System & block level understanding (transmitter and receiver structures) of digital communication
systems and modern radar systems and modulation methods
Experience in using simulation tools (MATLAB/SIMULINK) or other (C, C++, PYTHON)
Self-motivation and ability to learn and apply knowledge in new area of technology
Excellent communication skills in English
Enjoy working in an international team

Junior Naval Architect, Hamburg
This position requires a talented forward thinking engineer who is keen to further develop their career in a
flexible working environment. The position provides scope to pursue areas of particular interest and where
commercial opportunities exist.
Purpose of the role:
Company provides marine and engineering consultancy services to the oil and gas market. The Hamburg
office, while mainly serving the local market, also operates internationally. The present opportunity resides
with the Analysis team. The current team size is 4 people and while principally Naval Architecture biased, the
successful candidate can be expected to be involved in a wide range of consultancy services covering risers
and moorings, integrity assessments, decommissioning studies, transportation and installation projects, project
execution services and general naval architectural based consultancy.
Due to increased workload exciting opportunities now exist for a naval architect to join the team to deliver
projects and to help further grow the business.
Key Accountabilities:

Participate, as part of a team, delivering consultancy to the oil and gas industry, with a particular
focus on operations.
Ensuring customer satisfaction on projects while delivering the planned profit for GL Noble Denton.
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures
To specialise and keep up-to-date, making recommendations for further research, development or
investment in the following areas:
o Mooring Analysis (QS and dynamic)
o Riser Analysis
 DP Capability Analysis
 Motions and Operability Studies




Working towards chartered status
Practical insight into engineering within the marine environment
Proven ability in at least one of the following areas:

Operational Procedure writing
Mooring and Riser Analysis (e.g. use of Flexcom / Orcaflex, etc)
Good communication skills in German language

Junior Quality Manager & Test Automatisation, Berlin
On behalf of our client in Germany, we are looking for a Junior Quality Manager & Test Automatisation,
with the following qualifications:

A degree in computer science, or business with focus on computer science.
A Quality Management certificate will be considered a plus
Basic knowledge of Java, PHP, SQL
Working experience with Selenium 1 or 2 will be considered a big advantage
Very good communication, team player and flexibility skills
Fluency in English
Basic German is a must
The successful candidate chosen for this role will be responsible for the following:
