 CCNA Virtual instructor boot camp for those who want to
pass the cert exam (or enhance their skills and interact with
other instructors) Discount vouchers for CCENT and CCNA for
participants.
 CCNA Security instructor class at RPI.
 Trained instructors may attend any new instructor class to
retool on the new curriculum.

In response to the concerns from the community. The
academy released an updated version of Introduction to
Networks.
 Streamlined -Reduction in the length of the course
Extra material beyond the scope of the ITN put in an appendix
Labs shortened
 Extensive use of short videos to demonstrate key
topics
 Removal of duplicate content
 Some content rewritten to reduce the number of words

Another vendor selling 2811 routers running IOS 15.x for $80 each.
$100 for Enterprise version of the software. 2960 switches for $60

 Importance of using NetSpace.
 Where are the Course Resources?
 Chrome no longer supports java so therefore does not
allow the use of the packet tracer questions in the
assessments.
 Recommended - recent versions of Firefox and IE
 Change in how to re-enable incomplete assessments
 Problems with site in September have been addressed
 Add Bernadette as an ASC support specialist at your
academy.
