My Health Triangle
1. Create a visual demonstration/explanation of YOUR health triangle:
Think about what shape your health triangle would hold. Would it be balanced or
unbalanced? Use your notes, our discussion and the health book to review what each side
of the triangle includes. Your cover should include a drawing of your personal triangle with
labels. The triangle must be colored and labeled.
2. Explain your triangle:
Write 3 paragraphs on lined paper explaining the following 3 things:
*Each paragraph should give a definition of the type of health (Mental, Social, Physical)
*Why your triangle holds its specific shape (be specific, give details)
*2-3 things you do that makes each side of your triangle healthy
-why each of these things are beneficial (helpful) to your overall health
*1 way you can improve each side of the triangle
-If the side is balanced, come up with a new idea on how you can keep that side strong.
-Draw a picture to represent one of your improvements
