Symbolism Essay

What do you think of when you hear or see the word colors? Most people would just think, different kinds of colors. Colors have many different meanings, they even describe the painters feelings. The colors I am going to write about are red, yellow, blue, orange and purple. All theses colors mean different things. People must know that colors are not just different kinds of paint. Life and feelings are expressed by colors.

The color red is very strong and stands for many different thoughts and feelings. One of the most popular thoughts when it comes to the word red is war. Red relates to war because war is violent and bloody. Violent comes in battles, and in every battle there is blood. The color red represents blood because it is in battles. If someone sees the color red everywhere, they immediately think it is blood.

Another color which represents great feelings is yellow. The color yellow represents happiness and joy. Yellow is one of the bright colors that makes a person feel happy. Some dark colors makes a person feel sad and depressed. A person that does not own happiness, they have no point to live. Without happiness life becomes difficult and hard to manage. So to enjoy life and make everything easier then it is, you must enjoy.

The color blue is one of my favorites colors. The color represents water and sky, because they are blue. When I see the color blue, I immediately think of the sea and the sky.

The dark blue is for water and the light blue is for the sky. On earth, the most thing that occupies it is sky, water, and land. The two symbolism’s which are sky and water are needed by us humans. Water is the most needed one, that’s why it is dark. Many people would love to have clean water but they cannot afford it. the light blue, symbolizes the sky, which

Alyasi 5 everyone has. The sky carries oxygen, which people need in order to breath. So that is why they are both important.

The orange color symbolizes energy and power. The color orange makes someone feel energetic and feel powerful. The color orange also shows hyper actions. The color makes people feel like they are alive and nothing can stop them. Energy is needed by people and the color orange shows it. It might also show if the feeling is lazy or weak, the paint might have different meanings.

Purple is a tough color, especially dark purple. It show that the person or the thing is royal. The kings deserve the color purple on their cloths or crown. It makes other people feel who is ruling them. When someone experiences the color purple, they realize how royal the color is. To carry the color purple, it is better for you to be from the royal family, otherwise, no purple

All different colors mean different feelings and thoughts. A color might explain thirty different meaning. The colors are not just different images the eyes see, it is also what feeling you or another person has. The colors red, yellow, blue, orange, and purple are the ones I benefited from and learned from. The most important thing is for people to know the actual meanings of color.
