The Regulator Communications Authority of Kenya (formerly CCK) was
established in 1999 to regulate the ICT Sector. The Regulator’s mandate covers;
Telecommunications, Postal & Courier, Broadcasting & Information Technology

Recourse to CA if consumer is dissatisfied with response to
complaint filed with operator
