With reference to the above, we wish to inform that MIDA is conducting the Annual
Performance Report for year ending 2013 on all manufacturing companies granted approval
for License/Incentives under the Industrial Coordination Act, 1975 and/or Promotion of
Investments Act, 1986.
The purpose of this survey is to ensure that we have the information on the status of
companies in the manufacturing sector in Malaysia for the purpose of policy formulation and
industrial planning.
We would like to seek your kind cooperation to provide updates, on the information of your
company, as indicated in the attached form. If actual data is not yet available, please
provide reasonable estimates. You may also refer to the attached guidelines to complete the
survey form.
You may download the softcopy of the questionnaire from MIDA’s website at
www.mida.gov.my and send your response via email to aprsurvey@mida.gov.my or fax
to 03-2274 3120.
