Westcon recognises excellence amongst software resellers
Local value-added distributor Westcon has honoured its software solution’s resellers
and partners for their success, naming them “Westcon Group Cloud and Software
Solutions Roadshow champions”.
The awards have been given to those partners, and team members, who have
shown commitment to the company’s various software and solution brands, have
driven up revenue, embraced innovation, driven up business by doing things
differently and most importantly are planning their own pathway to the cloud.
The awards were bestowed on partners at the company’s recent national Software
Solutions Roadshows hosted in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg. They will be
revisited every six months, and will be hosted again in May 2015.
“In the distribution game one is only as strong as the value you provide to your
customers, the quality of your team and most importantly the proficiency and
dedication of your reseller partners,” states Leane Hannigan, Software Solutions
Director at Westcon Southern Africa. “These awards are aimed at rewarding our
partners for their efforts as well as highlighting their dedication to our business and
the business of our vendor partners.”

 Channel Seller for Microsoft, awarded to Leslie Greeff at Space Age

Johannesburg awards were as follows:

 Channel Seller for Symantec, awarded to Mike Dewar at Datcentrix
 Channel Seller for Microsoft, awarded to Gillian Andrew at EOH

 Channel Telesales Seller for Microsoft, awarded to Calvin Van Wyk at

 Channel Telesales Seller for Symantec, awarded to Diane Pieterse at AVeS
