Likely to be limited at best. What is it? The first feature film directorial effort from John Carpenter since 2001's Ghosts of Mars, it tells the story of a young woman thrown into a psychiatric hospital with no memory who begins to fear for her life when the other patients start disappearing one by one. A remake of the French/Georgian thriller 13 Tzameti about a naive, down-onhis-luck laborer who assumes another man's identity and finds himself a participant in a life-or-death underground tournament.
