NO other form of ID will be accepted (e.g., FL Driver's License, SSN, Blackboard User ID). Any student who leaves to retrieve an FSU ID card or obtain a new card must return in time to be seated by the cutoff time. 2. Students must be checked in and seated within 15mins of the START time designated for testing. Seating times are strictly enforced; students who arrive after the last seating time will be asked to contact the instructor and to reschedule the test. 3. Cell phones are not allowed in the testing room for any reason. 4. Students must adhere to the FSU Academic Honor Policy. Students caught cheating, falsifying identification, accessing any personal belongings, or engaging in suspicious behavior will have their exam terminated and will not be allowed back in the Testing Center for the remainder of the semester. A report will be sent to the instructor and may result in academic and/or legal repercussions. 5. Exam materials: a. Examinees may not bring loose papers (study guides, notes, or blank paper) into the testing room. Instructors may allow the use of scratch paper. b. If any other materials are allowed, such as reference sheets or white boards, the policy regarding them will be set forth. However, please note that the Testing Center will not provide calculators for any exams. If a calculator is allowed for a state or national exam, it should be an on-screen calculator. If a calculator is allowed in an FSU course exam, the student must bring his/her own. 6. Hats, headgear, wraps, etc. may not be worn during exams (except those which are prescribed for religious purposes). 7. Students will exhibit proper decorum when using the Testing Center facilities. Violations of the following rules may result in expulsion from the Testing Center for the remainder of the semester. a. Talking is not permitted in the testing room unless it is with a proctor. b. Leaving the testing room with any test content (questions, directions, etc.) or with any student responses is strictly prohibited. c. Inappropriate behavior towards the Testing Center staff or other students will result in dismissal from the testing facility. 8. Computers in the testing room may not be used for any purpose other than to take exams. Any student caught attempting to use computers for any other purpose will be asked to leave immediately - whether the exam has started or not.
