Abstract
In a modern society, Science quickly and continuously develops.I Especially research about
RTerg and Astressin-B that give a lot of value to humans by using varied and organized internet
search. RTerg is the warning system of tsunami and Astressin-B is the hormone that aids hair
regrowth. RTerg can save many people’s lives and Astressin-B can save the hair of people.
However, I think RTerg is more important because it can save the bigger havoc.
1.0 Introduction
Science advances faster in modern society than in the past. Also, many of the problems
associated with humans are solved nowadays. The purpose of this research is to compare and
contrast the modern scientific advances especially the new warning system for tsunamis and
discovery of peptides that can hinder hair loss. Tsunami is one of the most dangerous disasters
in the world that recently hit the Japan and hair loss is a big problem to citizens who live a busy
and stressful life. Moreover, this research can be helpful in making solutions for natural
problems, especially tsunami and alopecia.

RTerg : Tsunami warning system
Leader Andrew Newman and his team advanced a new system of RTerg that can warn of the
tsunami. It is expected that it can save many people who are at risk to be hit by earthquakes and
tsunamis. Before, only radars were used to detect and announce the crisis, however, RTerg can
calculate the algorithmic wave and warn people about it.
Astressin-B : Peptide that prevent hair loss
UCLA and VA researchers found that astressin-B can be helpful for hair loss by accident on
February 16, 2011. It is expected that it can protect the graying hair and alopecia of people by
reducing the CRF which causes the stress hormone. Before, there was a lot of existing pills,
however, there was a limitation.
4.0 Discussion
There are two big advances that are expected to bring a valuable life to human by avoiding
natural disasters and biological problems. Natural disaster sometimes but periodically breaks
out and cause damage to people. Especially, tsunami is the most frequent disaster and dangerous
havoc on earth so it is very important to prepare and avoid it. Therefore, RTerg, which is the
warning system of tsunami made by Leader Andrew Newman and his team, is very useful for
humans. It can save a lot of time to survive by calculating the algorithmic wave and warn
people only minutes after the initial earthquake, so it can reduce the death toll. Before RTerg
was made, what people could do was just to detect the earthquake by radar. Those methods also
had low accuracy so many people did not believe them. However, RTerg system will give
people exact information and it will be expected that a lot of people will be saved in the future.

Likewise, the discovery of the good effects of Astressin-B has a lot of value to humans. UCLA
and VA researchers accidently found that Astressin-B can regrow the hair of mice. They
expected that it can also apply the same effect to humans normally. The principle of this effect is
that the Astressin-B decreases the CRF which releases the stress hormone and help hair regrow.
In the past, a lot of medicines like minoxidil were produced to prevent hair loss and regrow hair.
However there was limitation like minimal effect and was harmful for the body. On the other
hand, astressin-B is a natural method that decreases stress, so it can give hope to bald people
and reduce deaths due to a stressful society.
5.0 Conclusions and Recommendations
Both of the two advances, RTerg and Astressin-B, brought a surprising result to humans Yet, I
think RTerg is more beneficial because Astressin-B is a solution for just one part of the body,
while solves a big mental damage. In other wards RTerg can save lives.
