Rosenbaum Award for Excellence in Public Child Welfare Administration Information Packet: Announcement Nomination Form Past Award Recipients Deadline for Nominations: Thursday, April 2, 2015 The National Association of Public Child Welfare Administrators (NAPCWA) invites you to complete the enclosed nomination form for the 2014 Betsey R. Rosenbaum Award for Excellence in Public Child Welfare Administration, an award which recognizes outstanding contributions in the field of public child welfare. We will present this award to the selected honoree at NAPCWA’s 2015 forum awards ceremony scheduled for on June 5-7, 2015. This award is offered annually to an administrator of a state or local public child welfare agency. Award criteria are based on the nominee’s 1) commitment to NAPCWA’s mission, serving as a national leader for public child welfare regarding model policies, programs and practices which enhance the capacity of agencies to improve outcomes for children and their families; 2) demonstrated leadership in improving systems to promote social and emotional well-being and family stability; and 3) overall impact in their community, which can be noted as having a national significance.
