Blitman Scholarship in Engineering is awarded annually to a high school senior from an ethnic minority group who has been accepted to an ABET-accredited engineering program at a four-year college or university. Applicants are evaluated on their GPA, internship experience, community involvement and academic achievement. WEBER STATE COLLEGE “DREAM” SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA: Dream Weber is a program that provides free tuition to students who are U.S. citizens and whose annual household income is $25,000 or less. How is this possible? The Dream Weber Program uses a combination of federal and state financial aid and money given to the University from generous donors. The purpose of the program is to help individuals complete a college degree-thereby improving their earning potential and benefiting society as a whole.
