Rhythm in Movement
This class is a highly motivational "Music to
Movement" exercise program based on workouts
with rhythm structured for all age and fitness
levels. It consists of a Zumba style warm up
followed by a full upper and lower body toning
program. Based on the ability of the participants,
the class breaks into a Circuit workout. This can
involve Gym, Boxercise and Muscle Toning. Loose
fitting clothes and sturdy runners for safety are
