1) http is the protocol (not the only one) by which files are transferred
to the internet.
2) www is generally used to designate a web server
3) Starwars is the domain name of the URL above, it should be
indicative of the origin of the information provider
4) .com is the top level domain, it is informative of the type of
information contained at a site.
5) /seminars is referring to the pathname, the specific place in the site
where a pg is located
***URL’s with a ~ in the address often indicate a personal homepage to be wary of!
