Our own fleet
Our fleet consists of late model vehicles to ensure reliable transportation of
client documents and data.
All QAI properties are traditionally marked with the recognizable “Q”.
Appreciate your clients –
get to KNOW them.
The Management Team
QAI Management
QAI has consistently succeeded for
years in supporting its customers and
exceeding expectations for service,
quality, and value.
Our project organization lends itself to
short, direct lines of communication
promoting the greatest interchange of
information at the appropriate level of
management.
Reporting
QAI’s reporting process and
procedures include:
• Project plans and SOPs at project startup.
• Weekly status meetings and monthly
progress reports – documenting the
progress of the capture/conversion efforts
during that reporting period. Reports will
include: pending tasks, issues and
constraints on project timelines, documents
processed, and expected throughputs.
