 Provide individualized technical assistance to school-based health centers, serve as a
liaison between the MDHHS and program sites, perform site reviews to assure
requirements are being met
 Monitor grant reports and budgets to assure proper use of funds, review annual plans for
feasibility, assist with program evaluations, and interpret federal and state laws,
regulations, and program requirements
 Facilitate health educator networking meetings, assist with planning program trainings,

Beyond the Condom (BtC) is a text and mobile video pilot project to promote use of long-acting,
reversible contraception (LARC) methods to USF undergraduate students
 Recruited and facilitated monthly meetings for the University-Community Advisory
Board (UCAB), comprised of undergraduate students and medical professionals
 Developed a county-wide LARC-Friendly Provider Database, text message contingency
tree, created video scripts, cast student actors for mobile videos
 Developed campaign logo and materials, created and maintained the BtC Facebook page,
implemented a campus-wide marketing campaign, and promoted BtC on various social
media outlets and at campus events
 Created a web-based evaluation survey, conducted program evaluation, prepared progress
and final reports for funding agency, co-author manuscripts for journal submissions
