The only problem is that it can be dangerous to go out alone.» ERASMUS+ Erasmus is the European Commission's educational programme for Higher Education students, teachers and institutions. It provides opportunities for students to study or undertake a work placement abroad as part of their degree. Erasmus+ WHO IS WHO The European Commission is one of the main institutions of the European Union. It represents and upholds the interests of the EU as a whole. It manages the day-to-day business of implementing EU policies and spending EU funds. EC is seated in Brussels. The National Agency is a link between the European Commission and AIU.
