Cultural Region
• Cultural Region: common characteristic of
people living there.
– Pick 1 example and write it down
– Ex.: Texas- shares history, united by government,
educational system and similar ways of life.
– Ex.: Middle East- large deserts w/mountains, river
valleys (Nile, Tigris, Euphrates), crossroads of
Africa, Asia, & Europe- where civilization 1st
developed.
