Position Description Business Process Reengineering Specialist Essential Duties: Examine and manage all officer evaluation reports (OERs) IAW AR 623-3, DA Pam 623-3 and the OER Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Coordinate and make administrative corrections to OER data, when requested by the proper state representative Coordinate corrections of gaps in soldier evaluation histories Communicate with states, offering guidance regarding OERs and interpretation of the regulations governing them Provide knowledge base information to new team members regarding processing officer evaluations, after they have received formal training from the OER Program Manager and/or Section Chief Provide NGB members with an overview of the processing and handling requirements for evaluation processing, to include the forms, procedures, and systems used for completion Provide customer service to Title 10 personnel with issues or problems related to officer evaluations, policies, and/or regulations Resolve inquiries received from individual state representatives, regional representatives, and other agencies regarding the OER process and handling procedures Education, Experience, Certificates, and Licenses Required: Required: BA/BS in related field preferred Experience supporting ARNG Experience managing OERs Experience with the Single Entry Processing System (SEPs) Experience preparing and disseminating ARNG correspondence Experience providing customer support *Must be able to obtain Public Trust, a Common Access card (CAC), and pass a Background Investigation and Drug Test.
