Welcome to Cheer Dynasty Elite! Our Handbook is filled with all of the information you need to know about our upcoming season which will clarify the policies and expectations of becoming a part of our cheer family at CDE. If you have any questions or inquires please contact: Owner, Nikia Alayoubi www.cdeallstars.com (408) 560-6212 Parent & Student Handbook Why is Cheer Dynasty Elite the best? • Committed coaches who love their job • A large practice area at Twisters Sports (including: Spring Floor, Tumble Trak, and more) • Positive and safe instruction • Qualified coaches who are safety certified • Lifelong friendships • Each cheerleader will learn accountability and responsibility • Team Bonding Events • Sibling & Referral Discounts • Fun and challenging Choreography What is All-Star Cheerleading? All-Star cheerleading is a competitive sport that involves performing a 2 minute and 30 second routine that consists of stunting, tumbling, dance, pyramids, and cheer. This routine is performed by males and females and scored against other competitive teams at many regional, and national events worldwide. The difference between High School Cheerleading and All-Star Cheerleading is that the High School cheerleading team’s primary purpose is to support their school at all big sporting events, perform at rallys, and to keep the crowd pumped up. An All-Star team performs primarily for the excitement and competition of the sport. Why should my child try out for Cheer Dynasty Elite? At Cheer Dynasty Elite, we pride ourselves in teaching our Athletes the value of hard work and dedication. Your Child can feel a sense of accomplishment when learning and developing a skill. At the same time your cheerleader will learn to become reliable and trustworthy to their team. Watch as your child’s confidence is developed through performing in front of thousands of people. You will be astounded to see how fast your cheerleader adapts to being on stage. Each cheerleader will create friendships and memories through practices, travel times, and competitions that will last a lifetime. You will feel the excitement and anticipation when Cheer Dynasty Elite takes stage! Everyone makes a team!
