*Final assessment on The Awakening, explained – due next Monday.
*Intro to Cuckoo’s Nest – chapter 1, discussion
HOMEWORK: Sentences due Friday, vocab quiz Friday. Reading in
Cuckoo, chapters 1-3 for Friday. Reading in the Norton; select one of
three stories for Wednesday: “Young Goodman Brown,” “A Hunger Artist,”
or “A Wall of Fire Rising” - reader response. Always be looking ahead
to your short story project!
