Change The Way You Celebrate!!! Invite RESOURCE to your next party. Do you tell your guests – “No Gifts Necessary?” Are you looking for an easy way to give back to the community? Do you enjoy hosting events to celebrate with family and friends? If you answered YES to the questions above you may want to consider adding RESOURCE to your guest list. What does inviting RESOURCE to your party mean? Inviting RESOURCE means in lieu of gifts for the person being honored at the party items would be collected to donate to RESOURCE. Also, could be in addition to gifts if people would like to do both. RESOURCE has a wide variety of kits and items that our programs and people we serve are always in need of. More information on Gift Options can be found below. With the wide- variety of options this works well at adult and child birthday celebrations, baby showers, house-warming, even wedding/bridal showers, and many other celebration. Gift Options RESOURCE has a wide variety of needs that have been divided into the following themes for your convenience… You can choose from whatever option you’d like but you will find on the 2nd page of this document the options divided by types of events they may fit well with. How to include RESOURCE as a guest to your next celebration? 1. Take a look at the gift options included on this handout to see which you might be interested in, remember that an adult can choose an option listed under the Children’s Birthday section or the Baby Shower section. Those are just categories to illustrate the types of events that something like this could be done at. 2. Contact us with questions or to get started! You can reach our Volunteer Coordinator at ssleeman@resource-mn.org or (612) 752-8030. Samantha will ask you (1) when your event is & (2) what gift option you have chosen.
