Each attendee can customize audio volume on their system.

● Adjust Speaker Volume - Displays a slider attendees drag
to customize volume.

Affiliate Relations Committee
Advise the NAEYC Governing Board and national
staff about all issues related to affiliates and
members, including but not limited to organizational
health and wellness, relationships between and
among components, nonprofit best practices and
member voice.
Consider/oversee implementation of effective
relationships between the national component and
affiliates
Recommend policies regarding the mutual
accountability (national and affiliates) including the
approval/dissolution of charter agreements for
Board action
Identify and develop a strong, inclusive leadership.
Examines issues related to organizational
effectiveness, governance, nonprofit management
for all affiliates

NAEYC Governing Board Committees
Member Engagement Committee - develops policy recommendations for the Board related to the desired
results in the strategic direction related to Association initiatives for membership engagement and component
relations including Interest Forums. Develops recommendations for the Board regarding the setting
Association dues using a process that involves input from Affiliates and the Affiliate Advisory Council Lorraine
Cooke, Chair.
Affiliate Relations Committee - develops policy recommendations for the Board related to the formation and
implementation of relationships and ensuring organizational excellence within and between the national
component and affiliates of the Association. Recommends policy regarding the mutual accountability of the
national component and its Affiliates including the approval or dissolution of affiliate charter agreements for
