Salt Spray (SS) test, Copper Acetate Salt Spray (CASS) test.
- Non-Destructive tests (NDT) include Paint film test, Nickel & Chrome layer thickness test, Wet film test, Surface Roughness test,
Thermo Logger test, Water film test, Compression test of springs, Extension test of spring, Torsional test of spring.
 Confirmation of incoming material through Material Test Certificate (MTC).
 Communication with local and imported suppliers concerning quality issues and necessary improvements.
