Employee Job Description Position: Marketing Co-ordinator Responsible to: Marketing/PR Manager Purpose & aim To support the Marketing Manager to plan, prepare and implement marketing campaigns and strategies for ACT and other associated organisations. To plan, produce and implement campaigns to capture new customers. To update websites accordingly to communicate the latest news, courses, activities and campaigns. To support the Placement and Business Development team with CRM and AMS systems. To co-ordinate and attend events and open days to promote courses/programmes. To build and maintain a professional corporate identity. Ensuring that all marketing materials, promotion campaigns and media associations portray the brand and its key values. 6. To build and maintain contacts with the media. To brief and co-ordinate press releases. 7. To design and update professional marketing materials. 8. To maintain internal and external communications through regular e-shots, e-bulletins, newsletters, press publications and social media. 9. To adhere to Welsh Government and partner guidelines for marketing and advertising purposes. 10. To liaise with Centre Managers on occupancy figures, responding with marketing activity accordingly. 11. To collate, proof and sign off marketing materials in the Marketing Managers absence if urgent. 12. To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness. 13. To regularly monitor and update marketing metric systems and provide feedback to Management. Evaluate marketing campaigns and monitor competitor activity. 14. To support HR and other departments with external advertising. 15. To support the Marketing Team. 16. To work on multiple projects at one time and to tight deadlines when need be. 17. To ensure equality and fair treatment of people is applied and maintained at all times. 18.
