DO NOT PANIC!!! *Deep Puddle Immediately after driving through a large body of water – TEST YOUR BRAKES! *Child Safety Seats Child safety seats should be placed in the rear seat when possible. *Parallel Parking Parallel parking is the most common type of parking performed on city streets and that takes the most practice for new driver’s to master. *Breath Test Refusal Refusing a breath test in NJ will induce a fine of $1000 per year for 3 years BAC of .10%.
