 1st Position in ACM – International Collegiate Programming Contest,
Kanpur Regional, next round world finals to be held at Stock Holm
 3 Students in top 10 from IIITM, including the first prize, at “Reliance
Great Indian Programming Challenge”.
 Student among top 1,000 worldwide in Google Code jam Programming
Contest
 13 students ranked under 100 in GATE 2008 including AIR 2, 4 and 8.
 More than 10 students of current final batch were selected for interviews
in a nation wide internship program conducted by MeritTrac for Microsoft
India and one cleared it.
 More than 15 students were short listed for the interview in prestigious
“Code4Bill” initiative by Microsoft in 2006 and two of them finally got
selected.

 Most of the prizes were won by students of ABV-IIITM, Gwalior in first ever
meet of TWARAN – an Inter-IIIT sports meet. In 2008
