Leon, hopefully we will have portfolio of software. Cognos is clearly one of the choices. Let’s revisit this

We have not discussed what software we need to support future educational offerings in analytics. But
this is an important issue. Should we have Cognos, or something like it? What do we have now?

Cognos training from $195 to $595 per day. The training is delivered via our Instructor
Led On-Line (ILO) format. On-site training is available for all Cognos classes. Please
