What are Fepmis “Forms” ?
• Cognos Report versions of standardized government
forms:

DD1348-1A
FS-3100
SF-120
SF-122
SF-126
• Plus other government required reports for
inventory, aircraft usage, etc.
• Access via FEPMIS Queries & Reports (& application)

If not logged in to FAMWEB, Fepmis menu is empty
(never logged in, timed out, or selected “Logoff portal”

If not logged in to Cognos, you get a login prompt when you try to access
reports:

Tip: avoid logging out of Cognos, close the pop-up window instead
