What cap and Trade will do:
• Cap admissions at an increasing amount to reduce
the quantity of US made CO2 going into the
atmosphere
• Provisions kick in slowly.
• Waxman-Markey would cost the economy $161
billion in 2020, which is $1,870 for a family of four. As
the bill's restrictions kick in, that number rises to
$6,800 for a family of four by 2035.
• Costs are spread in increased energy costs across the
board.

• Is based on the concept that Earth is
warming.
• The cause of this warming is stated to be
increases of CO2 in the atmosphere.
• These increases are the result of humans use
of hydrocarbons in energy production.

The Carbon Cycle
• Earth’s atmosphere is made up of 78% N2, 21% O2 and 1%
other gases.
• CO2 is a atmospheric trace gas with .04 of 1% in atmosphere.
• From natural sources approximately 550 million tons of CO2 is
released yearly into the atmosphere.
• Only 26.4 million tons or 4.5% are released by human activity.
• 5.7 million tons are released by United States or .98 of 1% of
the world total.
• If the United States economy is ruined by an optimistic 60%
reduction of CO2 output it would result in only a reduction of
world CO2 output of .59 of one percent. That would be totally
insignificant and have no climate impact.
CO2 is a fertilizer. However, as Al Gore neglects to
mention CO2 provides the carbon and much of the
oxygen for every protein, fat, and carbohydrate molecule
needed in all life. Without atmospheric CO2 molecules,
shown by Al Gore as evil demons, life on earth would not
be possible.

Something Odd is happening to the
Sun!
Solar Cycle 24 was predicted as late as
2007 as another massive cycle.
What happened is Solar Cycle 24 has
yet to start.
So why the movement to limit CO2
Why the fixation on CO2
• With the fall of Communism the leftist found their
philosophies intellectual bankrupt.
• Took over the Green Movement.
• Climate science became highly political and fanatical with
great money and power to be realized.
• Inexact Science with political implications has a long history of
prostituting their beliefs for money, grants and fame.

– Nature vs Nurture debate 1960-1980s
• Humans have a innate propensity to blame themselves for
natural events
– Little Ice Age --- caused by sinners
• The Green Movement has turned into a religion.
If the Greens were really serious and global warming they would be building
no-emission nuclear plants
In that they are not I conclude it is about the left agenda not saving the
planet
The Next Few Years should tell much.
As the sun stays cools if:
• If the Artic starts to lose ice again.
• Warming extends itself to the Southern
Hemisphere.
• Increasing intensity of El Nino Events.
• The Earth’s Atmosphere starts increasing again
in average temperature.
• Then the Man-Made Global Warming
Hypothesis may be right.
If on the other hand:

this contrary to the facts!
Al Gore and Hollywood, IPCC United Nations, and Media
retainers claim that an overwhelming “consensus” of scientists
agree with his statements, and only a handful of “skeptics”
disagree. Yet, more than 35,000 Americans with university
degrees in physical science – including many of our most
eminent scientists – have signed a petition that reads:
There is a rapidly growing backlash in the scientific community
against a group of “atmospheric science” specialists who have
severely departed from the scientific method in order to support a
United Nations political agenda.
This backlash by tens of thousands of American scientists,
includes a large percentage of atmospheric scientists and many
