Narrative Assignment: Greek Gods in 2011! This assignment is to write a personal narrative with a twist: you need to write as if YOU were one of the Greek gods we have been studying in class. In a personal narrative, you re-create a specific experience or event in your life. So, in a god-narrative, you need to depict IN DETAIL what happened to you when you woke up one morning and did not find yourself in your bed on Mt. Olympus but alive and well in the year 2011! For your narrative, begin with you waking up in 2011 and focus on 1 specific event that happens to you while you are living in the future. Some Questions to Think About: How did you get to the year 2011? How did you figure out what happened to you? How did you feel when you figured out where you were? What did you do when you figured it out? What problem did you face that you had to resolve or adjust to? Did you stay in 2011 or did you find a way back to Mt. Olympus? ***You do not need to answer all of these questions…these are just to get you started!
